1 Star is too generous. Avoid at all costs
Absolutely disgusted. The most useless after sales support in the country.
1.Made requests to update debit order information with the required 30 days notice. Cell C failed to do so thus resulting in a missed payment. I thought all is resolved, been receiving SMS's again that am behind on payments. Still reflecting negatively on my credit record and it looks like this will be happening again this month. All paid up(as per their agents) and still receive suspension warnings.
2. I have made multiple requests for Cell C to provide me with all my signed contracts to date. Nothing received.
3. Made countless requests for superiors to call me back, either the agent hangs up the call on request or they take my details and never receive a call back.
4. I have made several request to cancel my contract. Each request, I have been provided different amounts that i need to pay (In the same month) even on the same call. PS, they will only verbally tell you what you need to pay, they will refuse to send you an official document. Amounts Ive been told to pay, 20k+ , 19k, 17k, 13k and 10k. I simply require a settlement amount that reflects the statement that I receive. As per their statement (Which is a legal document - can be used for FICA), the outstanding commitment value is what i need to pay should i wish to cancel. This figure states 10k.
5. I have requested a voice recording from 19/09/2021 from their sales department. I was told by the person that she will only create the case once i tell her why i need it. Pretty sure I do not have to explain myself (Legally).
6. Their network quality is disgusting, I loose all signal multiple times a day for minutes at a time. I miss calls with clients regularly due to this which naturally affects my income. I have raise it with this "provider" and i get told it is due to loadshedding? This fault happens regardless of our schedule. Even happens when their is no loadshedding. Just lies lies lies from this company.
