1 Star is to much. Useless
What a useless and incompatent company. Their customer service personnel is absolutly pathetic. If they cant sort your problem they will cut you off. It happened more then once. Or you will fail your security questions and all the ask is your name and ID. Im 43 im sure i know my name and ID by now!!! I have stop trying to upgrade cause this is going on months to upgrade!!!! My line has been suspented AFTER i made payment and sent the proof of payment. Forget to try and sort this out they just cut the line!!!!
1 Star is to much for CellC and now somebody from CellC will reply to this and will say how sorry they are!!! Their sorry doesnt resolve my problems!!! No wonder they are bankcrupt
