1 gig data promised when taking contract - Tablet

The 1 gig data that i was expecting to be loaded monthly to my 24 month contract did not get loaded. I reported to Cell c on the 27 February 2016 at 22:21, the reference number given to me was ***. To date my problems has not been resolved, when I phone to follow up I am told that the matter is still being investigated. I phoned again on 11 April 2016 and I was given a new reference number ***, I want the 1 gig promised to me or i want out of this contract.
