Cell C debited my account 20/12/2022. Usual debit date is 25th. I did not get notification or gave permission. There was no funds. 21st i phoned Cell C, arranged for debit order to go through 28th. Cell C debits my account 24th & 28th, successfull both times. I return one debit order 29th. I phone Cell C to inform them on 29th. Cell C disconnect my line, say i'm in arrears. I phone them, explain myself, they apologise. Next day same problem. Cell C apologise again. On 6/1/2023 Cell C debits my account again. I phone, they will log a dispute. Call back from Cell C now . No refund, my account is in arrears. *** Cell C? Can you add 1 + 1 and the answer is 2, or is it 5? A bunch of fkn retards working at Cell C. How the f#ck can my account be in arrears?

There was a successfull debit order on 6/1/2023. I want a refund for that transaction. And I DONT WANT TO PAY PENALTY FEES, this problem is NOT MY FAULT.
