I upgraded my contract since May 22, my phone was delivered 3weeks later but it had no starter pack. I tried several times to querry the matter but they were not taking calls to fhe department I was directed to, I stayed on the line until my airtime ran out. I DM on Twitter they told me they will contact me ASAP but up to this day no communication has been received. Month end they will debit but I don't know what for because I still haven't received the starter pack. I'm very disappointed with cell c
