*** Keep calling me and then drop the phone

I have been receiving calls from number *** for the past 2 days and they call 20 times a day.<br> They call and when you answer the call is immediately dropped,<br> <br> I have mentioned Cell C above as i came across one of the post here on your site and the customer who complained said its Cell c, with Cell C apologizing. <br> <br> \ I got a Cell C marketing call this morning
