Still have a problem with my number that I ported from MTN to Cell C and Cell C deactivated it for no reason torwards the end of the contract. This week I spoke to Mlamli Gamede from Cell C head office and he said the number will be activated but today he told me the number went back to MTN I must call MTN. I just spoke to an MTN consultant and she says the number is not active and it is still with Cell C it hasn’t been ported back therefore there is no way it can go back to MTN without anyone requesting to port it back. It must be active first before it can be ported to MTN. I really need my number back Cell C messed up and must fix this. I don’t know why it’s so difficult for them to cleanup their mess.
