Cell c doesn't keep its promises I was told they will update their data I paid these guys I don't owe them a cent but it still appears that I owe them I've asked for settlement letter the don't want to send it their consultants are full of **** they hang the phone when they should help me . I want zero account letter I want settlement letter and a closed account letter.
