0% service delivery I will not recommend Cell C to anyone I know
I need my contract phone to be unblock . This has dragged to a point where I have lost hope Bad customer service at its best they don’t care about their clients at all no matter how many follow up you do with them they just don’t care all a customer is good for is just to make payments service delivery 0%

23 Aug 2022, 11:16Today marks another 48hours of waiting on Cell C to unblock my device with no luck of course. Palesa Hlapho called me over the weekend and promised to call me back yesterday I have been waiting since until I took it upon my self to call the again and I was kept on hold for 15 minutes with no help.
