I booked my phone in for repairs, due to it no longer detecting the sim which is a contract phone that i recieved mid April, Cellc is billing for it tellling me that the want to fix my cracked sreen which is not what i booked it in for... i recieved a call from Cellc trying to resolve the matter but they making things worse by telling me that i need to pay for the cracked screen which is not what i want them to fix and also made it clear to them, the saying the cannot overlook the the cracked sreen..... F****** its my phone and i only want you to fix the sim card slot not the screen f***d up service and i regret getting a contract from them
