Pathetic "service" NOT fulfilled 2.5 months later!!!!

1 star but only because I can't give none... Placed an online order on the 5th of March... delivery is supposed to happen in 3-5days...followed up repeatedly and just get messed around by a new person each time... still waiting for Janine the manager to phophone me back 3 weeks later...my emai didn't get a response either...

*** do you want me to do in order to receive my paid for item...?
