PATHETIC!!!!

Order #CEL*** was made on the 3rd of December, 2019. I made payment on the same day with PayFast, & this item still has not been delivered to date, today is the 26th of December, 2019! These people have no direct customer support that could have addressed this issue, & they have this portal were you submit a query & there is no acknowledgement of the queries I have submitted! Disgusted!!!
