Pathetic!!!!!

On the 23rd of June we redeemed our Samsung Voucher and ordered a Cellphone Cover. We paid this transaction at the same time and received a Receipt and Confirmation that our order will be delivered within 3 - 5 days, i.e. the 5th working day being the 28th of June. When inquiring on the 28th of June as to when our order will be delivered we were told that they are Out of Stock. This is unacceptable. According to the Website on the day, they had stock and confirmed delivery thereof within a time-frame. They took payment and confirmed delivery. On the 1st of July, I sent another e-mail and was told that they STILL taking stock. This is unacceptable. I can walk into any store and purchase the same where there is stock but in order to redeem my Samsung Voucher I am forced to deal with this incompetence and I paid for it. I have STILL not got my delivery!! Samsung needs to aware of what a disappointment this is to their customers.......
