Neva again will i purchase via Celcom

Im a very upset customer, i redeemed Samsung R500 accessory voucher via your website, i have mad payment, received my payment conformation as well as my order number 3 to 5 days delivery (order number: CEL***) , i called this morning and the person i 1st spoke to dont know anything. She asked me to resend proof of payment as they cant dispatch my order with out that. Im very upset with the level of service i received from your staff. I also logged a complaint with Samsung of the poor service.
