Celcom and Samsung - Pathetic service

Same as so many people, redeemed a voucher on Samsungs website and the cover was in stock. Yet a week later when you call them its "Sorry it never was in stock"...and worst is that when you request a refund you don't get the full amount back. When i pressured them and Samsung for my refund i got a message that i need to come and collect the refund at their office as they cannot incur bank fees.... what pathetic services, Samsung needs to think with who do they partner!!!!
