Bad service and wrong advertising

I would not buy from this comapany again. Placed an online order and I had to follow upd a week later on where the order is. I just received a mail stating that they are out of stock and I will receive it when they get stock again. It evetually arrived, but it was different to the one advertised on their web. They contacted me to follow up on the service and I told them what heppend, just to found out that they dont hav a clue on the stuff they sell. The agent argued with me untill I send her the pictures, then she said "o well then we loaded the incorrect picture on the web", but you opend it so nothing can be done. I wasnt going to complain, they contacted me and I told them what happend. You guys are incompotent
