Bad Customer Service

Order #CEL**********11 was made on the 25 of January 2020. I made payment on the same day with Pay Fast, & this item still has not been delivered to date, today is the 17 of February 2020! I spoke to Adele who promised me that they will repay me since the 7 day has passed, spoke to her on the 7th of February 2020. Till today no repayment has been made., sent her numerous email no contact from her at all. I'm Disgusted by their service!!!
