Angry Celcom Customer!

I am very dissapointed and angry as i write this review as i have never experienced such ever in my life with this specific company cslled Celcom group,i ordered their bluetooth buds in Feb this year and about a month ago they stopped working and i called,emailed and inboxed the company but only empty promises where made saying a courier company will be sent to fetch the buds but still even now i am waiting and a lady by the name Lydal is the one i have been communicating with but still nothing is happening, whats worse is early September i had ordered the same buds for my friends and now one of my friends s buds is doing the same thing and they wer not even a month yet and still i told Lydal and she still promised to fetch the buds but nothing is happening till Today...i am very angry at the service they are rendering as i trusted them but now i am a bad person to my friend coz of this!
