I do not know what is needed here

I am admitted at CCMH since the 12th June 2019. The hospítal is clean but the service from some nursing staff is very very bad. On the 15th the night duty staff checked us once after 10 for our medicine. There was no hand over. The nurse in charge of our ward had earphones on and did not bother to take them off and listen to us. So as patients we had to assist each other.

On the 16th an old lady who was waiting for an ultra sound was transferred to our ward. She had nappies on. Agaïn we had to assist her with feeds and changing nappies. The night duty nurse had earphones and complained that she could not hear us calling on her behalf. No one checked on her the whöle night. And come bath time we had to force the staff to assist her as she said she can't move from waïst down. She was given warm water in a basin and left there.

As for food we gave her our yhogurts and magewu as she could not eat the samp and rice given to her because of the pain in her stomach that needed a scan. Agaïn no one bothered as to whether she is eating or not.

As for equipment, the tv's are not workïng. The bells used to call the nurses are not workïng. At times patients are instructed to make their own beds. Linen was not changed since the day I was admitted.
