DO THE SO CALLED doctors KNOW THAT THEY DOING?

On the 23 June, my little sister was at Cecilia Makhiwane Hospital at Mdantsane in East London, to deliver the baby. Unfortunately there was some complications, they had to take her to the C-section. Then the baby was delivered. Afterwards one of sisters who was there during the process came to my little sister to apologize saying " We are sorry, during the baby delivery, the baby sustained a minor cut on his forehead, but don't be scared, it's nothing bad". My little agreed. She's a good heart person, a person who doesn't like fights. She didn't tell any of us about the incident. Only Tuesday the 28 she send me a baby photo showing me the scar on the baby's forehead (I'm in Jo'burg and she's at EC, East London).

I couldn't believe what I saw on the photo, I was so shocked. I know she's a good hearted person but to keep this from day one because the sister told her it's nothing, that was insane. I was very angry and still today. If I can post that picture, you'll see that the life of the NEW BORN BABY WAS IN DANGER.

Firstly, they took advantage that my little sister is just a kid herself and alone there. 2. They didn't even ask for the number for someone older than her in the family to explain what they did. 3. After she's was discharged, no one bothered to call and check up on the baby. Basically they didn't give a damn.

I called the hospital same day I got the baby picture to get answers. I spoke to the lady by name of GCOBISA LUDIDI. She told me that the Matron is on leave and the one who's standing in for her is busy on something (I don't know what was it but she told) I explained to her the reasons for my call. She took all details and promised to pass the massage to the relevant person and that person will call me.

Today is 4 July, no body called me from the hospital. I'm very disappointed with my Khiwane's service, they playing with people's lives like it's nothing. HOW COME THEY CUT THE POOR NEW BORN BABY DURING DELIVERY ? Are these people trained enough or THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ? I'm talking about lives here. On top of that they didn't even show remorseful and called the family and apologized.
