Cecilia Makiwane worst service ever

Today I have experienced the worst ever service. my mother a diabetic and Hp patient was totally ignored for four hours in casualty. She never ate anything for the last 2 days and they ignore her. There rather question us on why we r there and not at grey hospital they didn't come check on her once. Is it because we colored or because we were from king williams town. We as taxpayers have a right to any hospital and what do they do they ignore my 70 years old mother that needed assistance. I asked them to remove the drip as I'm taking my mother home and again they ignored us. Than I decided to walk out with the drop and than they wanted now too jump and says let me remove the drip. 6 doctors in the ward and they do nothing or let me say training doctors. To be honest u will never be my doctor because clearly we will die at your hands. Wow I'm so upset about the way we were treated and to say the least I'm dissapointed and disgusted that doctors didn't take the initiative to say or do anything because the nurses is in charge there. Look at us like we nothing but they forget why they there if it's not your passion than get out u don't belong there today 11September 2025 worst hospital staff evee
