Unsolicited and Suspicious Calls from CDS Consulting

I am writing to express my concern and negative experience with a company called CDS Consulting (https://www.cdsconsultingsa.com/). I received an unsolicited phone call from them claiming they could help me reduce my debt repayments because I was supposedly paying too much in credit and interest.

This call immediately raised red flags for several reasons:

Firstly, how can a company I have never interacted with determine that I am overpaying on my credit without even looking at my financial profile? It seems highly improbable and unprofessional to make such a claim upfront.

Secondly, the agent on the phone sounded very nervous, which further eroded any sense of trust or legitimacy.

Thirdly, they then requested my permission to "look at my profile" to tell me how I could pay less. This is contradictory to their initial claim and makes their approach seem disingenuous. If they already knew I was overpaying, why would they need my permission to look at my information?

Finally, and most concerningly, I have no idea how CDS Consulting obtained my contact details. I had never heard of this company before their initial call. Even after I explicitly told them I was not interested and to not contact me again, they proceeded to call me a second time. This persistent and unwanted contact is unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I strongly advise caution when dealing with CDS Consulting. Their unsolicited calls, questionable claims, and pushy tactics are concerning. It is important for consumers to be wary of such approaches and to protect their personal and financial information.

I hope my review serves as a warning to others.
