Unhappy

I got a call yesterday from them, saying they worked for NCR. They want to helped me and everything sounds good. I kept asking them if they are from debt review as I don't want to go under debt review. They deny it. I sent them my everything and even accepted the debicheck. After that I want to withdraw, with no help. I am so furious......
