Unauthorized credit check

On the 27th of October, I received a call from an unknown number. The caller said I had been overcharged on interest on one of my debts and that they wanted to help me. I asked which debts they were referring to because I don’t have any, and I immediately ended the call as I suspected it was a ****.

Shortly after ending the call, I received an SMS stating that I had given CDS Consulting permission to request my credit report. I am both angry and concerned because I did not give any consent for this.

I find this extremely concerning and *********. I want CDS Consulting to cancel this request immediately and ensure that no credit report or personal information of mine is accessed without my explicit permission.
