unauthorised personal information accessed

I have written to the administrator email to file a complaint with them but no response from company. One of their employees accessed my personal information without my consent and I got a notification via sms stating so.

I had tried to let the company know about this however they have not cared to respond leaving me no choice to take it further and possibly look into legal action as well.
