False Pretenses!

I received an unsolicited call from them this morning stating they are sent by the NCR that I am being overcharged on interest. I told them I am not interest and hung up however after hanging up, I received an SMS stating that I've granted them permission to do a credit check which was not the case. I tried calling them back and the number does not go through even the number on their company website.
