Contravention of the Popi act the Consumer Protection act matter reffered to the FCSA

I received a call from a Consultant this afternoon,

The first one claimed that I was overpaying an account, After a few minutes, I was referred to a as she claimed to be a Financial Advisor The scary thing was that they could tell me exactly what I am paying on my accounts, and I proceeded to enquire what financial advice they would be offering, as I am a Principal of one of the Insurance companies. At the time I was driving, and they said that I would receive an SMS, these two had my Id number and pulled a Credit report, which I did not consent to, and I would like to know where they got my ID number, which I did not provide. If you are not fami**** with the POPI Act and how it works, let me remind you that no financial institution is allowed to have any personal information pertaining Id numbers, Debts, Investments, Insurance ect with out a consent. If I see that Experian or Transunion is reflecting this transaction or I am placed under your debt review, I will be taking this matter to court.

Secondly, you do not provide financial advice. Please show me the qualifications and licenses for your institution to do so. You provide debt review, something that is not even in the category of financial advice. I will be bringing this matter to the attention of the Fcsa
