CDS breach of POPIA and

Today I received a call from CDS consulting, and they told me they are NCR registered, and I am being overcharged on my accounts. After telling them not to call again and that they can remove me from their database, the agent was rude.

A few minutes later I received a SMSs stating that I gave consent to credit check on reasons of affordability assessment. This is false. No, I did not consent and will take this to POPIA court as he read out details I did not give consent to with personal information
