Bad experience I have ever had

I received a call from the guy who told me that he was sent by Credit Bureau to do assessment, he confirmed my ID NUMBER, i told him he must not do anything on my credit profile, he insisted, i told him i do not want anything to do with consolidation because i know what i am paying for. Guess what, i received sms below. I promise you, if i get anything wrong on my credit profile, i will sue this Company. Someone in charge must phone me on *** and elaborate what is happening. Is that how you work with people?
