Sim Swop Fee-Not metioned in T&T

I was ****** and now I want to perform a sim swop so went into MTN store but they said number is not in my name but in CCS Outsourcing name. When a consultant called and sold me this product they never mentioned that there would be a fee of R150 should I want to get a sim swop. Please rectify this issue as this is my business line and am loosing out on business. I need this rectified soonest. am only available on [Email Removed] as you refuse to sim swop for me.
