BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

i have been trying to cancel my contract with ccs from mtn but no one is willing to help me and the debit orders are going out monthly for nothing, everyday when i call i get new stories from Wonderboy, Amanda and Tamara no one has helped me so far. The router was returned to the store and i did submit back the IRMS ref but still no help :(
