Cci worst service provider

Cci service provider contacted for an upgraded on the cellphone data but was not informed that it is another cellphone with a simcard i called the agent to cancel the order as i have not received it. They just added this contract on my current contract with number A*** in January but to date the contract is not cancelled they are deducting my money monthly from the 1st of February and i called every month to cancel but they tell me stories of a backlog... Nothing is done i have received no feedback from them.
