Wrorst Service from CCD Couriers

Absolutely disgusting service. Definitely not customer-centric. I was waiting for a sim card to be delivered yesterday which was ordered from Afrihost.

The courier did arrive, only for me to find out that the FICA document was"Incorrect" I phoned CCD Couriers A few minutes later and advised them its the exact same document as the FICA I did previously.

They spoke to the person who was there a few minutes prior where she confirmed that she will be back in an hour which was at 11 am.

After many phone calls yesterday and today I am still waiting and have absolutely no idea whats going on.

One of the calls this morning I was told if I need same-day delivery there is a charge. Its 4 working days now, I asked to escalate it and after many phone calls after still no news

Absolutely useless.
