Wrong delivery date
After confirming date and time of delivery on Friday, 18 August with the Call centre agent, for delivery on Monday 21 August between 11am and 12 noon.
I received an email from CCD Friday evening at 6pm to advise of delivery on Saturday, 19 August. I responded stating that that is not the date i confirmed.
Then Saturday morning at 11:11am i received a call from the CCD delivery guy stating that he was at my work office.
I told him that i work Mon-Fri and was not available as the delivery was to take place on Monday as agreed.
Now, i spoke to Sarah and we have a new delivery date and time for tomorrow, 22 August between 9 and 10am.
The service is extremely pathetic. The staff need to make proper updates to their delivery information.
