Worste courier in SA

This has got to be the worse courier service in South Africa. This is the 2nd attempt now after and once again I could not get my package which I ordered 5 months ago. I will definitely be cancelling my order with mweb due to CCD courier poor service. It's 2023 and you are still insisting on paper documents where I could have emailed the docs to the driver and he could have printed them if it was so crucial to have paper. On first attempt I had copies of my id and proof of residence but I was could not get the parcel because I did not have my id with me. Second attempt, I had my id but did not have copy of I'd. On first attempt I specifically went to the office to collect my parcel and couldn't get it. On 2nd attempt I asked if I could work from home because I was expecting delivery of my parcel, and I could not get it.
