Worst service provider ever.

Unfortunately no zero star rating be because that is what they deserve. Has to be the most *********** courier company. They send an sms to confirm delivery and you stay home to collect then they phone to ask if your home because the *********** driver is at the wrong adress. Struggle to get assistance from the call centre who are just as incompetant. They have a hard time working their own switch board. After promising the card would still be delivered today they haven't. At 16:00 they eventually decided that they would get the manager to call me back. Guess what.... Right now at 17:30 still no call back. I just can't believe that FNB carries on using a service provider that in the long run is going to cost them clients. Tomorrow I will be taking this to my private banker as well.
