WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!! WORST

Worst service I have ever ever received. Firstly I was informed that my parcel would be delivered on Thursday the 19th of April between 4 pm-5 pm. On Wednesday morning I receive a text stating that my parcel would be delivered on the same day between 12 pm-4 pm, already an inconvenience within itself but I let that go. At 10 am I receive a call from your driver stating that they are waiting for me with the parcel. Waiting for who? Who did you tell that you will be there at 10 am. Then he has the audacity to tell that if I want my parcel I must meet him halfway across town because he has to be on his way to his next delivery. Such utter disrespect!!!!! I tell him I need my parcel so we should meet at a central place, when I get there he tells me I must wait for him because he is delivering packages elsewhere. I must wait for him. He doesn't come during the designated time, he has the nerve to give me instructions and on top of it all he has an attitude with me. On top of it all when I call the call centre to report this the lady who was assisting me hangs up on me. It cannot be the network because the call was going just fine until she had heard what I was calling about, then mysteriously the call gets disconnected. I mean really... All major companies that make use of this courier service need to rethink if they want their branch to be associated with such appalling service. The worst service I have ever ever experienced in my entire life. If i ever purchase something and am told that it will be delivered by this company I will cancel my order with immediate effect, I have no words!!!!!
