Worst service from CCD Couriers

I have received the worst service from CCD Couriers. They handle Standard Banks lost/ ****** cards- I will never select this option again, rather get it delivered to the branch. I received a call on the 15th saying my card would be delivered the same day- it was not The next day they called and said the next available day was the 22nd. Today they called and said only the 23rd Which means it would take 10 days before I receive my card, imagine I need to buy groceries.
