Worst service for courier service company: No communication

The worst experience with this courier, I was expecting my FNB bank card but the courier wasn’t communicating. I had to call them 3 times to find out where they are as I was still waiting at my work place. They sent an sms saying they are on route and will arrive in two minutes…they did not cal me instead they said I wasn’t available. I asked them how I was to know when they are actually outside for me to collect, the response was it wasn’t their responsibility to contact me when they have arrived. I have never had this challenge with other courier service providers where they don’t call when they are at the address.
