Worst Service ever

I have never been angrier than today, I made an arrangement with the call centre and they advice me that I should go to CCD Fourways to collect my business card as they are failing to deliver it to me

I then drove 42km to Fourways CCD, ONLY to be told by Consultant her name is LINDIWE AND HER SUPERVISOR (KAPO/KANO) that the card is in durban, and they were not sure when will be delivered.

Why would you waste my time by telling LIES?

You could tell that they don't know when will the card be delivered.
