Worst Service EVER!!

I've had the absolute worst experience with these couriers I have ever experienced with any other supplier! I have been waiting for my Momentum Multiply Card for over a month (my consultant found out that the problem was with the couriers). They eventually came to my work to come and drop my card - when we arranged delivery over the phone, I told them that I only have a copy of my proof of residence as I am renting through a rental agency (they wanted the original). She said its fine. Day of delivery (3 working days later - Monday), the driver won't except my proof of residence as he wants a GTM account. I DO NOT HAVE ONE!!! I am renting through a rental agency. I eventually got one from the owner, but there my flat name and number doesn't appear anywhere (and obviously not my name, as I am not the owner and the owner only gets one for the whole block of flats). Now they want my bank statement (I still haven't had a chance to change my proof of residence - I work outside town, so I leave before the bank opens and come back when the banks are closed). They also don't want to accept Police Affidavit. They also don't want to meet me at my house at 5pm, because then they are closed. I don't have petrol or time to go to town (when they want to see me between 12 and 4) and come back out to the farm. In the meantime, I'm struggling to get medication, due to my card not being with me.... This is utterly ridiculous and so unprofessional. I suggest you make other arrangements to get your bank card or any other card, please do not use them!
