Worst service ever

I ordered Rain One on 19/11/23 and the courier that’s supposed to deliver the parcel CCD has failed to do so more than a couple of times now. Everytime they supposed to deliver, for some reason there’s always a problem with the courier guy and directions. I’ve called them 5 times already providing and confirming details and yet still I don’t have my parcel more than a month later.How do you hire someone who cannot use a navigation system? Everytime you call their contact centre they always “escalate” even that word has lost its meaning given the number of times I’ve heard a ccd agent say it to me.
