worst service ever

<p>i would not use ccd couriers if you paid me to use them, their service is terrble and their promises are empty and when you call in to find out where your cards are they tell you they will escalate it well theyve been escalating since friday APPARENTLY and ya still no bother to respond , deliver or "escalate" im not sure if they even no what escalate means. i will be sending a formal complaint in to FNB to suggest that they find a courier that can actually deliver cards when they say they will deliver them and not just change the day of delivery to suit them. terribly USELESS and horrible service. and when u ask to speak to a manager well the manager just cuts ur call doesnt even bother answering, the telly staff cut u off as well most unproffetional company iv ever dealt with</p>
