Worst Service Ever

This is the most unorganized organisation I have ever dealt with in my life.

They phone me like 20 times to arrange a collection but as soon as you answer, nobody speak.

Eventually they got hold of me and we arranged a collection. I sit here the whole day, the collection was supposed to be made between 12-4 that Monday. Nobody shows up.

The Tuesday someone from the company phones me to ask about the collection. I say, nobody showed up. The lady says she will phone me back in 10 minutes. Never phones back.

I get silent calls again. ONE time it went to voicemail because I was in a meeting. I get a mail from them they are unable to get hold of me.

Really? I respond to the mail explaining all of the above. This has been going back and forth for 3 weeks. They have still not collected the item from me.

I am not the client otherwise I would have changed ages ago already.

They also send you links to follow to arrange the collection. The links does not work.

This place is a joke. I really won't trust them with your parcels. So unorganised and the service is non existant.
