Worst Service

The service from CCD couriers is very ridiculously. Firstly, they book an appointment for anytime from 12:00 to 16:00. Then they rock up at 10am at your gate without any arrangements.

Secondly, the fact that they'll hold on to your parcel until you produce an original ID is crazy. It's my parcel, I bought it. Why won't a drivers license or certified copy not older than 3 months not retrieve my parcel that I can literally see being possessed by the drive
