Worst Service

the worst service I have ever received, I called them a day before and arranged delivery, and gave them the right cellphone number to call, however when the Driver arrived, he decides to call the old number hat was off, when I called the driver back he promised to come back and deliver the card, which he did not do and at around 15:50 I received an SMS saying that the driver could not deliver the card as I was unavailable, I must call to arrange delivery and charges may apply. and now when I call the consultants just say hello 2 times and hang up, I have called 3 times and they keep doing the same thing
