WORST SERVICE

This has to be one of the worst Courier company, and I work in the courier industry. I was told that I would receive my Rain router on Wednesday(7/2/24) between 8-10, I spoke to 6 agents on that day, no one could tell me where my package is. The last agent said there was a late dispatch from the depot, I said okay.. let’s reschedule for Thursday (8/2/24) between 10-12, I again called to ask what’s happening with my package and again they couldn’t give me a straight answer. The driver only got the delivery address at 14:50, this was after had called them to change the address to my home address. Today being Friday (9/2/24) between 8-10 I get a call from CCD Courier’s say that the driver will be here before 11:00am.
