Worst service
This is the worst courier company I have ever had to deal with. i was supposed to receive my package on Wednesday it was delayed because of an address issue. We then fixed the issue and I was promised it would be delivered yesterday between 2-5 , it never arrived. I then received an email stating that I have been unreachable , this is a lie because I have been calling every hour to find out how far the package is. I just called an agent who acted like she could not hear me. I don't know why they even bother at this point.

06 Sept 2024, 09:56This is the same reply I have been receiving for days now. I need the package. I also need a driver that will call when he is outside, stop making me a fool. I could lose my job because of you guys. It's been 3 days of this cat and mouse game.
