Worst Service

<p>So after an attempted ***** transaction i had to cancel all accounts and all cards.</p> <p> </p> <p>explained that the cards were a matter of urgency and was told that it will be delivered in 48 hours. that was last thursday. its thursday again. exlained to the couriers i need these cards and they advised it will be here by today between 12 and 2. i made arrangements to avail myself for this hours, however, seems like they loaded it for friday, when i am not available. they suggested next tuesday. tried to speak to supervisor no luck. called FNB and they advised that they wont be able to deliver today as previously discussed. i need to collect it. madness!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>so in a nutshell, was told it was going to be delivered, received emails for delivery date, synced it to my calendar (lying bastuds), received text stating courier will be here between 12 and 2, called in to confirm, advised it isnt today, explained my disgust, received a second sms to state friday which i am unhappy with, said i need to fetch it, which is preposterous, and now cant get hold of them. received a text again saying they are experiencing delays. and an agent will contact me....ha! so funny.</p> <p> </p> <p>why does FNB even use these guys? false lies, false delivery times, false everything. seems like it is definitely a fly by night business operating from a garage with one phone. absoutely hate the service i have received from these people and i hope FNB gets them gone. now.</p> <p> </p> <p>if i could, i would select a 0</p>
