My BEEN WAITING FOR MY PARCEL SINCE LAST WEEK HOWEVER WHEN YOUR ****ING AGENTS CALL ME THERE IS ALWAYS ISSUES WITH YOUR TELEPHONES, FISRTLY WHEN THEY CALL THE PHONE RINGS JUST ONCE AND CUT OFF. I ASKED ALSO CALLED YOU ****ERS BUT THEY SAID THEY CAN'T ME AND WILL CALL ME. WHEN THEY EVENTUALLY CALLED ME THEY KEPT ON SAYING HELLO... HELLO... HELLO. WHY ARE THEY NOT REPORTING TO THE SUPERIOR'S THAT THERE IS ISSUES WITH THEIR PHONES. ALL THAT IS NEEDED IS FOR ME TO CONFIRM DELIVERY TIME. CCD IS THE ****EN WORST. HELLO.... HELLO... HELLO... Upon delivery, please have the following original documents and a clear copy available for collection: Green Barcoded ID Document Proof of Residential Address not older than 3 months and in your name The POR must be a recurring statement or invoice sent monthly from a well-known reputable company. Examples: ∙Rates and/or electricity account ∙Phone account ∙Bank statement ∙TV license No third-party delivery is allowed.
